Could you expalin me why alcohol is not good for my type of blood ( O rh+ ).
That's mean why I can not drink:

1)  beer
2)  vine
3)  destilled liquid

And what  could happen if I would drink alcohol after all.

One of HIS older book I've found the information that  beer is nautral for me... but latter He writes that  beer should be avoid.

I'm a little bit  confused.

Best regards

Distilled liquor is an avoid: http://www.dadamo.com/typebase4/depictor5.pl?231 I'm not entirely sure why. Nor am I certain if it matters whether the liquor comes from a compliant source (such as brandy or tequila) rather than being fermented from an "avoid" source (such as vodka made from potatoes.)

Beer is an avoid: http://www.dadamo.com/typebase4/depictor5.pl?470 I don't know if it's because beer is often brewed from "avoid" grains, or if it's just something about the brewing process that's bad for us. Beer is OK for Bs even though they can't have some of the source grains (such as rye or corn) so it's probably the processing, not the source itself.

Red wine is fine. It's neutral for O secretors and beneficial for non-secretors. Even if you don't know your secretor status, red wine is fine.  http://www.dadamo.com/typebase4/depictor5.pl?454

White wine is not OK. I'm really not sure why, since red wine is OK and the only difference between red and white wines is the kind of grape juice they come from; and all those grape juices are OK.  http://www.dadamo.com/typebase4/depictor5.pl?455

thanks for your replay

Is anybody  who  can  tell me  which part of  proccessing is responsible of making the beer harmful for my type of blood. ?

On the other hand almost all beers contain olny  3 components:

water -  very  good for O
hops - also  very  good
and malt ( wheat and barley )  both  very bad for 0

so  maybe the malt is the problem and maybe i should just  find beer with another malt - and that will be all...

And I also heard that  many  companies use some cheap 'expletive deleted' from China instead of hops -  maybe that  is the reason beer is harmful ?

I'm not sure of the reasoning. All I can find on the website is "Beer was listed as NEUTRAL for type O in Eat Right For Your Type. Subsequent studies showed that the food is best avoided by type O individuals." No further explanation.

It's up to you whether or not you want to consume beer. If you do choose to consume it, go for the higher quality ones without the unhealthy additives (that are NOT listed on the label!) Red wine is  by far a healthier choice though. I like to make a wine spritzer by adding a little wine to a cup of seltzer.
