I take the Betain HCL as recommended for A's, but do any of you all take other enzymes like protease and amylase you find in digestive enzymes? also, what do you think of pancreatin for A's?

Betaine HCL is okay to digest animal protein.  Another good option is bromelain.  If digestive enzymes are from animal sources, they would not be good for blood type As.  Is your pancreatin
animal sourced?

I sometimes take Digestive Gold.  It's plant based.  I've taken plant based amylase for allergies.
Natural lipase which helps digest fats can be found in avocados.

Chew your food very well.....avoiding drinking liquids when you're eating....and you probably won't need to be using digestive enzymes unless you have major gut issues and see undigested
food in your stool.

Check out the health protocols.  Sometimes addressing specific issues with short protocols
works best.

I have taken digestive enzymes in the past, but no longer need to...  I used one that was from plant sources, but did not contain wheat or corn...

Thank you for good answers  I will look at protocol index and check my pancreatin is not animal source.  It's funny, I always gag when I read ingredients of ox or porcine bile...I instinctively know that is not for me.
