I'm guessing English isn't your native language? From the context of your question, I think you're asking about what kinds of beans or legumes you can eat.

Lentils are one specific kind of legume, which happen to be an "avoid" for Bs but acceptable for As and O nonnies. A type B friend of mine gave me an opened bag of lentils when he started BTD. He also gave me a can of chick peas (garbanzo beans) which my O secretor daughter can eat.

Type Bs can still eat split peas (green or yellow), navy beans, kidney beans, and a few kinds of white beans such as great northern beans. I use a lot of great northern beans because they're good for both Bs and Os. I also keep canned kidney beans on hand because my type B son enjoys them.

To us the typebase (the link Lola posted) you need to click on the name of each individual food. That will take you to a new page that describes the food and gives the ratings for all 4 blood types. I find that very useful for identifying foods; sometimes things are listed in the food lists in a different way than they're labeled at the grocery store.  That's even more likely to be true in countries other than the USA, especially if things in your local stores might be labeled in French.

Here, copied from Live Right 4 Your Type, is the list of the beans you can eat as a B on the Eat Right food plan.  Please note that LENTILS are NOT on the list.

BEANS AND LEGUMES:  4 – 6 Servings per WEEK
Serving size:  1 cup cooked – Men and Women

BENEFICIAL:  Kidney beans, navy beans, lima beans

NEUTRAL:  Cannellini beans, October beans (also called cranberry beans), Fava beans, Green beans, Jicama, Great Northern beans, Red beans, White beans

Note:  You can have soy beans (edamame) but nothing made of soy, like tofu or soy milk or “fake meats”

Hope this helps.  It is an answer to only your one question.

The link Lola provided for you enables you to look up any individual food to see if it is Beneficial, neutral or an avoid for you.  However, if you can afford to buy the Live Right 4 Your type book it has a complete section on all foods by blood type.  I keep that book handy at all times.
