I just finished reading up on how beneficial cottage cheese for type B individuals and would really like some suggestions on different ways to enjoy it. I love it with pineapples and that's the only way I have had it. Anyone have some new ideas for me to try?

Rice and cottage cheese
Green salad w/dollop of cottage cheese
Agave or honey w/cottage cheese
Baked potato w/dollop of cottage cheese
Pureed cottage cheese mixed with sour cream for a dip
Scrambled eggs w/cottage cheese
Cottage cheese with scallions sprinkled on top
Cottage cheese mixed w/lasagna ingredients (preferably gluten free)

I have never liked cottage cheese and cannot find a way to eat it.. I've added a salt to it, but still it tastes awful to me.. May be if I mix it with white brine cheese and eggs and spread that mixture on slices of bread and grill it, or add it to some cake I won't feel the taste of the cottage cheese, but I will eat so little amount of it that anyway..

I make pancakes with it
4 eggs
250 gram cottage cheese 4% fat minimum or it taste horrible
3 tbl spelt flour -can be made with almond flour as well
maybe 1 tea honey

Blend everything with a blender or a stick
bake in small pancakes in butter or ghee.

There are plenty of other cheeses for Bs to choose from. If you don't like cottage cheese, don't eat it. Also, read ingredients carefully. Many packaged cottage cheeses have non-compliant additives, such as corn starch.

I mix it with brown rice noodles while hot yummy, then I add celtic salt. I add it to everything I cook. I put it on my burgers.

This could be (part of) the problem.
"Low-fat" dairy products simply do not taste (as) good.
Most cottage cheese *proudly* shows how low in fat it is on the label.  

Good, fatty cottage cheese can be used like ricotta - manicotti/lasagna applications, for instance. Stuffing for crepes... blintzes...

If you're having a fruit snack, it's good to add a touch of protein to that snack; cheese or nuts - just a tablespoonful is fine - is an easy way to accomplish that, with no need to sweat that on its own it isn't a gourmet treat. I do think that that's where the Pineapple-'n-Cottage Cheese (or oranges and cottage cheese) craze started, anyway -- in the Diet craze of a half century ago. Remember the bunless burger / scoop of cottage cheese standby? It didn't have to be tasty - those diners weren't exactly "foodies", as we've become today!

BTW it should read 4 % fat
We can get really good cottage cheese without anything but skimmed milk, culture, salt and cream
but only the organic ones are without fillers.

Low fat is not necessary for B´s
It is better to eat fullfat dairy- you get far more vitamins and better taste.

Low fat for me is from 0.1% to 2% even 3.6% is with little fat, but that "Greek yogurt" that is 10% this is really fatty, can't imagine how they eat it, for me even 4.5% yogurt is fatty to eat.

Locally, many of the organic brands add fillers! There's one brand, Friendship, that doesn't add fillers, but they're not organic and not 100% free of synthetic hormones. I emailed the company about it a while ago- they want to be 100% hormone free, and they do get milk from many farms that don't use it, but there isn't an adequate supply and they still  buy from other dairies as needed. They're trying to get all their suppliers to stop using the hormones, but it hasn't happened yet, and until it does, they can't state "no synthetic hormones" on the labels. I do buy their products occasionally, but not on a regular basis.

I am happy to live in perfect B country (Good organic dairy with nothing added)
