Some people find it easiest to dispose of the foods that are avoids. Most of us use what we have while in transition and simply don't buy more avoids.

Healing time varies from person to person and depending on how much repair is needed.

Maybe try the fatigue support protocols.

http://www.dadamo.com/protocols/15.html

Or you could look at the fatigue book:

We really can't answer your question with any accuracy...  How long healing takes is dependent on what needs to heal, and how bad it was to begin with...  Also, the ratio of beneficial foods to neutral foods has some effect as the neutral foods provide food value and variety, while the beneficial foods provide healing power.

Some people see significant benefits within the first week, while others take a very long time with slow incremental progress.  The damage wasn't done in one day, so we shouldn't expect the healing to happen immediately either...

it took a certain time to take you along with those symptoms.. it also will take a certain time to move on and away from those symptoms.... watch out how do you guide your thoughts and perhaps would you want to get familiar with the Don Miguel Ruiz programs as well ......

How much caffeine do you consume?  A few years ago I was getting more and more tired so I upped my caffeine levels.  It turned out that made things worse and it was depleting my sodium levels.  My ND relegated me to 4 green tea bags a day.

did you start this diet because of fatigue?

Fatigued means toxins are moving out of your body hour by hour.We all hate fatigued , but it means your system is not only cleansing but re-adjusting itself at the same time. Think of all the stages a woman goes through in 9 months of pregnancy......this is THAT kind of significant change! You are doing a good job so far.

Fatigue is one of the common problems for blood type B's, so it is a very good thing that you are here and willing to make changes in your diet and lifestyle.  Dr. D is very familiar with this issue that we B's have and has done a lot of the work to help us stay balanced.  So pick one of his programs and stick with it for the long term.

Blood type B's tend to have a Nitric Oxide imbalance - we clear it too fast.  One of Dr. D's supplements, Nitricycle, is designed to help us regulate this tendency.

It can be necessary to change your bedtime.  The natural time for the adrenals to restore themselves is the early night, approximately 11 pm until 1 am.  If you are not asleep by 11 pm, you are shortening the time available for the adrenals to rest and recover - thus the term, "burning the candle at both ends".

Victoria - if that is what Dr. D wrote about the adrenals' time then I wish the Chinese Organ Body Clock would reflect this also. Under the Chinese method the "Triple Heater" (the whole endocrine system including adrenals) cleanses itself (but I don't know about restoration) from 8pm to 10pm, 2 hours before what you are saying.

Unless there are reports or studies attached to the webpages featuring the Chinese Organ Body Clock, no, Ruthie; I think the practitioners are expecting everyone's inner clock to be already set by the natural latitude and longitude you are located in; changing seasons is an interesting aspect, though! and glad you brought it up. we should ask a Chinese practitioner about that who has seen a lot of patients.

I did not read any messages.sorry .

But I might suggest to take Trehalose Complex to help with 'depression'.. it worked wonders for me.. !

I might also take some 5HTP for a few days and then once a week... it gives you backbone where I had none left..

getting well takes time but these two helped me a lot..

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!
