I love salad cress and seem ok with it but was wondering whether it's suitable for my type? I can't see it listed in any of the books.  The closest I can see is alfalfa sprouts - which are an avoid for my type so I want to double-check.  However, although the look similar, according to google they are not the same, and watercress is a neutral for me, but is also much different.

I would not use the rating for alfalfa sprouts.

I would assume that salad cress is unrated and treat it as a neutral.

I would consider the water cress rating some, since the plants are botanically related. But this would not change the rating for you (neutral).
