I have sea salt ingr. potassium iodide sodium thiosulphate anticaking agents magnesium hydrogen carbonate sodium ferrocyanide decahydrate. I have sea salt iodized with these it is kosher Salt sodium, thosulphate potassium sodium and ferrocyanide. Do I have to remove this from my diet reading alot on site HELP
Jazmine, it is good to steadily eliminate all chemicals from your diet and begin to replace chemically laced foods with food in as much of a natural state as possible. Try some excellent unrefined, mineral-rich sea salts, such as Himalayan Salt or Celtic sea salt.

If you're making changes slowly, it's probably fine to use up the salt you already have in the house and then replace it with something more "pure" when it's time to buy more. Not everybody is affected by the chemicals in iodized salt. It's up to you how much you want to "clean up your kitchen" and how much is just overwhelming for you.
