Hi, Jazmine... I am not a B, but I do know that following this way of eating is good for your body.  My husband had issues with puffy ankles but now that he is following the BTD he is better.  He is an A.  I suffer with constipation and try to eat prunes as they are ok for me.  There have been several posts on constipation and it seems to me there are as many answers as there are people.  I think walking helps me, but I don't always do it.  It seems like there is always one excuse or another.  I need to do better.  Dr. D. has several good books.  Have you read Live Right 4 Your Type?  It has a lot of good information for you.

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again.  Blessings, meribelle

The water retention issue is often related to mineral balance issues.

Since you also mentioned constipation you may want to consider increasing magnesium intake.

I would also increase potassium intake.

If you want to change your level of magnesium and potassium quickly you may want to use supplements.

Many people have an ongoing need to supplement magnesium.

rich in potassium and magnesium. They include

Potassium rich foods (You should check your food lists to see which are okay for you)

    raisins
    spinach
    lima beans
    potatoes
    winter squash
    yogurt
    bananas

Magnesium rich foods

    black beans
    halibut
    pumpkin seeds
    spinach
    okra
    nuts
