A friend of mine turned me on to barley tea which I found tastes great and encouraged me to drink fluids.  I'm type O pos and see that barley in different forms ranges from AVOID to NEUTRAL, but there is no mention about barley tea specifically.  It's probably good for my type A fiancé, but I don't know if it's good (or at least neutral) for a type O like me.  Would anyone know?

So you must mean "Barley Tea" which is made from barley grain and that, in its natural form, is an Avoid for BT O secretor and non secretor alike.

Hello Ladyfrom29p,

Barley tea is caffein free. Barley is a swami avoid for me and I treat barley tea as an avoid as well.

In a BTD followers kitchen each blood type may have his own teapot...  Nice for teapot lovers (as myself, I could easily become a teapot collector, they give me such a peace of mind).

Thanks for your replies.  I was afraid it would be an avoid.  And yes, the two tea-pot idea is a good one.
