Oh, I'm quite sure that's but one of many omissions.
Still, for those who wonder: "What are some sheep cheeses? It's the only kind I can eat," this is a good starting reference, IMO.

I agree....If I come across some other types of sheep cheeses that are not on the website, I'll be sure to post .
