I'm having difficulty finding a fish oil supplement that doesn't contain soy or oil from anchovies—both avoids for Type B. Krill oil is an option but the ratio of EPA to DHA is not so good. Any recommendations?

Well I have tried so many supplements and I must admit that codliver oil fits me best - and it turned Diamond on swami as well. so no surprise there.

I cant afford Dr D´s products here in Europe so I tend to buy eiither Nordic Naturals Codliver oil or the fermented one - I think I prefer NN- never ever any sideeffects.

I used to get some salmon oil but the stuff we can get here turned out to be from salmon from south america that was rather rancid- so I prefer to get my omega 3 from CLO.

Thank You for suggesting cod liver oil. It is suitable (Neutral) for Type B. Salmon oil is also; however, cod liver oil has a higher percentage of DHA. I believe I'll give it a try!

I eat wild salmon and unsmoked sardines regularly and take a capsule of cod liver oil a few times a week.  I like the fermented cod liver oil (Green Pasture Blue Ice).
