I'm trying to help a hopeful newbie. She's a B & I just wanted to give her the 2 worst foods to avoid, right off the bat.
Would someone with either the pocket B book or the Eat Right book, tell me what those are please? And thank you.

According to ER4YT pg. 147 (B section), The foods that encourage weight gain:
Corn
Lentils
Peanuts
Sesame seeds
Buckwheat
Chicken

If your "friend" picks the two that are eaten most, this will be the top 2 for them.  Avoiding all 6 completely would be best...

In other words Pat... it really depends on the B which 2 foods would be the best to avoid. B's really are rather idiosyncratic at the core - like it is part of their very nature and I think it is also something that makes B's rather hard to treat from a health practitioner standpoint.

I agree.
I also think there might be a etnic difference.
Like as a danish B i dont  meet the same avoids as an african B or an  american  B
Like corn, soy is really not common in Danish cuisine but rye and chicken is.

Most danish Os dont have a severe reaction to dairy and a lot of them tend to be more Laissez-faire with dairy while wheat and pork might be  a huge no no

Chicken and corn first but instead of just avoiding them replace them with 2 new beneficials: turkey and quinoa. Then save up and get a secretor test so you can customize the diet better. The next two; replace peanuts with almonds and replace cooking fats with olive oil, ghee, and real butter.

Chicken and corn are my absolute worse reaction-wise, and then comes soy.  I absolutely hate tomatoes.

chicken and soy are the worst for me personally... followed very quickly by wheat and tomatoes.

Wheat and chicken!!!

Wheat would make me break out into hives and asthma would come about

Chicken = instant muscle pain

I found that as my body became stronger due to being completely compliant for over 1.5 years, I do not react to small amounts of wheat and chicken. If I do eat a lot of it, yes, I can expect awful reactions.

Simplifying my life. Only the best for my body, mind, and soul!
