I don't get it.  In the opening thread I said "foods, not supplements".  I appreciate the people who were helpful, those who weren't I guess have their own agenda.

Kitari, we go off on tangents all the time around here. If we had a stiff regimental type forum, people would leave in droves. It is like a family conversation - veering off in all directions sometimes!

Another note, Lola has helped more people than we could probably count on this forum. I do not underestimate her at all! She isn't the "chief" around here for nothing!!

I generally go with dried fruits, veggies (often raw), lots of water, anytime I want to cleanse myself. When I do this, it's usually a 'weekend' cleanse.

As someone else mentioned, I eat a LOT of salads. All the time. The thing I have to keep reminding myself to do is drink plenty of water. I read somewhere that many people feel less thirsty the older they get. I find that this is true for me.

DPN has nutriceuticals FYI to me these are food in a caps
I often empty mine into salads or smoothies and throw away the empty caps

I truly believe following the guidelines are not only antiinflammatory by excellence but cleansing as well.......

the genoharmonics in a swami intensify the process.....beneficials and super beneficials as well
