Can anyone suggest a supplement to take for Blood Type O+ Nonnies that will help to lean up?
I am avid in the gym with cardio and some strength, I also do yoga a couple times a week as well. I would like to know if there is a good supplement though that can boost my body into the next phase of definition. I am working on leaning out my back, arms and abs.
Thanks

What about the CLA formula? Would that work?

My daughter used to take it and said that she thought it did help her to burn fat and build muscle.  She is type B, with a lot of Gatherer traits (tendency to gain weight and hold fat).

from the DPN store on CLA:
CLA reduces fat and preserves muscle tissue. According to one study, an average reduction of six pounds of body fat was found in the group that took CLA, compared to a placebo group. CLA has been shown to decrease abdominal fat and lowers insulin resistance.

You're welcome and good luck with developing those muscles into a lean, mean machine.
Well . . maybe not mean.
