I stopped to drink a full 8 oz glass of water.

I howled laughing when I read that! It reminded me of something my husband said a looong time ago when we were trying a new diet. I was trying to figure out something we could eat for a snack, and my husband was complaining about being hungry so I told him to drink some water until I could come up with something. He got a great big glass of water, drank the whole thing, patted his stomach and said, "I feel like everyone has eaten now!" It was hilarious then and still funny to me today!
