I notice that between the original BTD book, and the little supplement lists books, that there is conflicting data. For ex, in the original book for type O eggplant is "avoid." However, in the supplement lists eggplant is "neutral" for type O. There are others. Can someone explain why this is, and what to do about it?
I am totally new to this forum. Thank you.

Anita, Sorry that this is a confusion factor, but it is caused by the differences in publication times and subsequent research that has been done... The most up-to-date information is the online Typebase: http://www.dadamo.com/typebase4/typeindexer.htmThe what to do is to update your books using the online source. Again, sorry for the extra work, but hopefully, the health benefits will be worth the extra work!!! It will also help reinforce the food lists in your brain. |

You might enjoy reading LR4YT. It is a more up to date book on blood type eating and lifestyle, including both secretor and non-secretor information and supplement recommendation. I love that book and own a copy, but if you don't want to spend more money, you can most likely find it in your local library. |

The easiest way to get through the older books is to read them, then buy Swami..
Swami is for YOU as you are today...
I used to treat avoids in one book as avoid in all. and in swami I had to give up blueberries... wow.. it was beneficial for many years.. but time and age matters.
Go with the flow.. look at some confusing 'avoids' as the things you cheat with seldom and live with it.. you will be ok..

| When I see other peoples medicines schedule-I am happy to be here taking care of my health I only wish to drop weight more easily-life would be perfection Being 'here' creates understanding. BTD prevents damage from eating avoids. Thanks Dr D & your sups - all support and friendships |
