So, today I am tired. Actually, this week I have been exhausted and I am sure it has to do with all the running around, stress, moving and lack of vitamins ( I ran out of my multi).

However, I am not sure what to do to keep me going. I am hoping if I make more of an effort to get to WF and get some grass fed beef or bison, I might feel better.

I have been eating alot of fish, but still exhausted

Also, I am going to order some supplements from dr.d... does anyone notice a difference when they take his stuff?

Maybe your iron is low? Hopefully you will be able to make it to WF & get the beef soon?!

Good point. I am sensitive to soy and I bet it was in something I ate recently.

Maybe some bicarb in hot water may help &/or some epsom salts?! (not enough to make you poop too much )

What are the ingredients of the new supplements you bought? Could there be hidden soy, other avoids, or GMO ingredients?

I noticed a difference when I started the "Teacher activator" I think it's helping my gut.

Absolutely!  I've taken many of his formulas for a variety of issues and usually notice a benefit from each one.  The benefit is rarely "hit you over the head" type of benefit though, as they are gentle and work over a period of time.
