So, today I am tired. Actually, this week I have been exhausted and I am sure it has to do with all the running around, stress, moving and lack of vitamins ( I ran out of my multi).

However, I am not sure what to do to keep me going. I am hoping if I make more of an effort to get to WF and get some grass fed beef or bison, I might feel better.

I have been eating alot of fish, but still exhausted

Also, I am going to order some supplements from dr.d... does anyone notice a difference when they take his stuff?

Thanks for replying. I need to do something... I am ready to fall asleep and have lots of work to do for school! The weather is pretty bad here, so I dont think I am going anywhere anytime soon

and... I bought a new multi-vitamin and chromium picolinate at a local health food store. Well, I feel like both are making me more tired!!!

I just want to order BTD supplements and call it a day

Good point. I am sensitive to soy and I bet it was in something I ate recently.

Absolutely!  I've taken many of his formulas for a variety of issues and usually notice a benefit from each one.  The benefit is rarely "hit you over the head" type of benefit though, as they are gentle and work over a period of time.
