I do okay with tomatoes, though I don't really care for them all that much. Tomato sauce, on the other hand, gives me heartburn, but potatoes are the absolute worst for this body. Potato anything makes me inflamed, especially my knee and finger joints. Peppers are a beneficial on my swami, and I haven't eaten eggplant in a long, long while to know whether they have any effect on me. But, tomatoes, potatoes, and eggplant are all avoids on my swami.
