I take 5 capsules of that bio=organic stuff (500mg's each) every day....and went off of all + - other so called orthomolecular stuffs... and yep...after some weeks it seems my detox program shows up ...but woahoaa in a very different way as expected and I think that* blo...stuff * is better then anything else... btw... thanx for asking ....and hope it will do the same for you as it does for me .....
