It is good stuff, if you can handle the small amount of sugar in it. It is a good clean-meat protein snack that's easy to carry. I'm glad this type of food is being made available. |

I love my Tanaka bars, but at about $3 each, I use them only for emergency. |
| My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant. Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index. DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer. |

Oh, yes, they're lean. That's what I like least about them.
I bought some really fatty pemmican from US Wellness about five years ago. It was wonderful! But it had to be kept refrigerated for long-term storage. |

If you like buffalo, look for an Iron Chef America episode, "Battle Buffalo". Ten different buffalo preparations: Master butchering. Cool. |

Seraffa: that video is funny! SquarePeg: I just ordered some tanka bars for emergency needs. I will be traveling to China on my job soon, and since I can't imagine eating ANYTHING there, I need to have a stash of convenient, safe food in my pocket. San J: can't watch that coz I'm not in America |
