Ok.. so I had the colonoscopy on Thursday morning and still I don't have a bowel movement.  Is this normal??

Supernormal!!! The intestines mirror your emotions, more than you feel them yourself! Give them a while, soothe them gently the kindest way you can think of, incl with turmeric milk, beef and bone broth..   and when they feel assured they will return to themselves

In other words, the intestines are most sensitive and the preparation ordeal and the invasive procedure are a shock to them no less than they are to yourself. The guts need some recovery period from that.

haaa... glad to have accepted being a little form of *guineapigg<*.. my bowls do phantastically ...

and last but not least... I was heavily asked for further infos about... the hows and what's and.... trallala's I've done to be in such physically and psychicque superform and shapement at my age.... ...( .. who asked about ages... )....without nearly no physical trainings... ...

oum sigh... hmmm ... it depends of my moods what will be given as a *formal reply* ... perhaps is there any option to go for further *teachings* ...!... he asked for it......

Yaeli - I am so impressed with how soothing bone broth is for the intestines. And yes, they (intestines) do act up with stress and this broth is the best remedy in the world!
