That's okay, Averno. sorry about my late reply. With supplements, your wife should notice some results within a week or two, I'd say; if not, maybe increase the dosage. My intuition still says that lifestyle, daily routine, food intake/nurition play a very important role. Plus every woman needs to pay attention to stress levels and emotions as these can play havoc with hormones and the liver function. I hope your wife has some quiet time very day or just to do something she loves, even laying in the bathtub, or reading, or taking a walk in nature can help. I think you mentioned your wife is an O, so if she can, yes try some beef or other red meat - even a soup/broth made from bones (see http://www.sarahwilson.com.au for her recipe for broth), have with some vegetables like raw spinach, or cooked chard, kale, broccoli with some fat ie ghee, E-V olive oil, butter, coconut oil. If she is a hunter, try and get your wife to eat some duck too, maybe once a fortnight unless you can get a supply which is not too expensive. and yes, keep on with the fish. some green tea, and ginger tea is good too. must go for now, keep in touch. |
