I'm assuming you mean marrow from bones and not vegetable marrows.
The short answer would be yes, in moderation, and from compliant meat sources. If it is not listed, it is a neutral. I wouldn't go heavy on marrow, since there is fat there. But marrow bones from healthy, grass-fed beef or naturally raised lambs are delicious in soups.
