You can buy disposable foil pans for roasting large pieces of meat (such as a whole turkey.) Yeah, the aluminum isn't great, but it's better than eating non-compliant foods or not getting enough total meat.

Of course, a whole turkey might be enough meat for about 3 months if you're the only one eating it and you eat small portions of meat, and you may not have the freezer space for that. You may do as well buying a half breast or a package of turkey legs. I often roast a half-breast with a single drumstick, for that "whole turkey" flavor without making a huge quantity of food.

We have a nice large grocery that carries the full line of organic produce and organic or chemical-free meats.  Sheldon's has a good split Turkey Breast that bakes beautifully in my toaster oven, when massaged with ghee and sprinkled with onion and garlic granules with himalayan pink salt.
