Welcome!

If it's not rated, consider it neutral.

use typebase when in doubt about a value
http://www.dadamo.com/typebase4/typeindexer.htm

read ingredients in all you buy

what sugar are they  using in the jam?
any additives, gums, stabilizers...etc?

Since it's rated as tea, use that rating for whole rose hips as well.

The general rule is to use the rating for the food item, no matter where it shows up in the food lists. Onion powder has the same rating as whole onions, tomato paste the same as whole tomatoes, kale juice the same value as whole kale, etc. Do this unless there's a separate rating for other forms of the food, such as separate ratings for green olives, black olives, and olive oil, as well as many fruits and vegetables having different ratings for their juices.

In a product such as jam, you need to read ingredients carefully and avoid any product that contains "avoid" ingredients.
