Not to negate the above.....
puff, breathing out like a woman giving birth is much more important than is breathing IN.. that the body does on its own.. People are often told to breath IN needing to heave up the lungs and 50 or more pounds in weight, sick people exhaust their strength doing that.. but panting breathing OUT is effortless.. and it allows a lot of fluids to dissipate out.. try it.. |
| When I see other peoples medicines schedule-I am happy to be here taking care of my health I only wish to drop weight more easily-life would be perfection Being 'here' creates understanding. BTD prevents damage from eating avoids. Thanks Dr D & your sups - all support and friendships |

WOW! I feel so good after I did this. Love it.
Nice find wanthanee, deep breathing is very good for your organs. If you like the way that makes you feel, you might also look into qigong (chi kung) exercises. |

Hi chud and everyone, About Qiqong I think I should practice because it may be help me to slow down like a Turtle. In the past I seem to run around like a Rabbit (but when I speak I speak slowly, I mean calmly but when I work I work fast). Look at the Turtle, they are slow and have long lives and I think they eat only seaweed too. http://www.deepesthealth.com/2007/8-reasons-you-should-do-qigong-even-if-you-dont-want-to/However, I am lucky even though I never did Gigong before, I am never hungry for sugar. I mean I don't like sweets ( except some sweet fruit such as ripe papaya in my garden (again I am lucky I live in a condo that gives me the space for planting in a small garden. Where else in the world have condo like this?) I am so greatful. |
