I have been taking a curcumin supplement for years. I usually take it in the morning, shortly after my prebiotic smoothie.
Since I now know that it's a "potent inhibitor of polyamine synthesis" I'm wondering if I should be taking it with food or if it works its magic simply by virtue of being in my body. |

No, I didn't! But I take vitamin K2 as well, so it's probably a wash. Turmeric/curcumin is a superfood and a recommended supplement for me. I need to know whether to take it with food or on an empty stomach. It's never bothered me to take it on an empty stomach but I'm not sure I'm getting its full benefit. |

what is the amount of your daily intake and I think it doesn't make any difference before meals or afterr meals; only for the intake of amino acids it's important to go for an empty stomach ..... |

Thank you!
I take one capsule of Organic India which contains 370mg organic turmeric rhizome, 80mg turmeric extract with 95% curcuminoids, and 50mg organic ginger rhizome. One capsule is the recommended serving size. |
