I been getting stomachaches after eating Salmon lately. Is there such a thing as "Too much of a Good Thing" if it is Beneficial? |

Could it possibly be farmed salmon that you're eating? |

Victoria I only eat Wild caught Salmon
kipperkid Nope, actually I have eaten less then I normally eat. How can I get one of those tickers? I went on the site but could not figure it out I have a friend who lives in Oxford. Is that anywhere near you? |

ArwenLegolas, Oxford is about 100 miles from me, but involves travelling round London to get there which makes the journey take a bit longer. I visit there occasionally, but not regularly. for the ticker.... - Go to tickerfactory website
- click Weight Loss (part way down on left hand side)
- Click to select the ruler you want as your background (clicking the numbers takes you to more pages of rulers to choose from)
- Click Next
- Click to select the marker you want for your current position along the ruler (click numbers for more pages)
- Click Next
- Choose yourself a password
- Select whether you want to track weight change, actual weight or waist size
- Type in target weight, current weight and starting weight, plus the current date
- Optionally type in waist details (if you want to track that) and height (if you want to track BMI)
- Click Next
- Bookmark the web address near the top of the page - you'll need this to update your ticker later
- From the box headed bbCode select from [img] to [/img] inclusive and copy it
- On this site, go to Member Center
- Click signature on left hand side
- Paste in that code
- Preview
- Save if happy with it
Good luck! |
