Somebody told me that recurrent diarrhea after certain foods could be an allergic reaction to it.
I get it after eating sushi and I gain after eating sushi. Of course sushi has vinegar in it but it's rice vinegar. That is compliant, right? I also get it after eating even one shrimp. (Very non-compliant, I know)

I also gain after eating such things as Pasta, Rice, regular potatoes, and certain beans.
Any suggestion what it might be? Could the gain come from the low sodium soy sauce I use? I thought Soy was supposed to be beneficial for me.

Finding out certain foods on the beneficial or neutral list that do not agree with you is going to happen.  You are an individual.

It sounds like your digestive tract has not healed fully...  Have you taken any per-type probiotic?

Do you use ghee?

AB Joe, yes, I make my own ghee, but have not used it lately. I thought Butter was a no on my diet.

I wish I could afford to by all these different tests and see what I am
I just watched the Geno Type Videos on how to measure myself. I am thinking of starting with that.

I volunteered at a Peanut Butter Plant and was munching on peanuts nuts before they were roasted and made into PB, I started to have breathing difficulties and my tongue sort of swelled up.

But when I eat PB from a jar and make satay sauce from it, I have no problems.

Should I stay away from peanuts or just from raw peanuts?

Do you mean Pro-biotic? I used to, but not lately. I am taking a lot of supplements already and now maybe have to give most of them away because they are not type  compliant

Certain brands of "natural" peanut butter give me sinus headaches but other brands, the common supermarket brands, the ones with the bad hydrogenated oils, don't. I can eat peanuts with no trouble at all.

Butter is an avoid per Typebase:  http://www.dadamo.com/typebase4/depictor5.pl?81

Fortunately, when you make ghee from the butter, the avoid parts of the butter are removed and you are left with a neutral or beneficial product:

I would assume that there was something in/on the raw peanuts that you ate that caused a problem...  All peanut butter manufacturers have to make sure there is none of a specific mold that peanuts are susceptible to that remains once the final product is made...

If there are avoids in the supplements, they are going to have mixed reviews internally...  The good may be helping, but the bad is tearing down...  Who is winning is debatable...

Did the Doc publish any of the books with updates? That would be great if he did, but he is probably too busy for that. I just found that my favorite Wot Sauce has Fenugreek in and will have to be returned. I guess I will have to learn to make EVERYTHING from scratch now.

Each subsequent book is an update, with new information...  For instance, Live Right adds Secretor status to Eat Right...

Now that SWAMI is available, the updates will be to the software!

Raw fish contains pathogens. Some people's bodies cope well with this. Mine does not.

If you're following the blood type diet, get a copy of LR4YT.  It would be worth it for you to get your secretor status tested also, for a more accurate food list.

Gut healing was a revelation for me, and made a huge difference in my digestive, and general health.

Keep reading, and seriously consider SWAMI. The foods you suggested might be be making you gain weight probably are.

A note regarding peanuts and peanut butter:

I seem to recall reading something in ER4YT that peanuts had great healing properties, but bacteria and such could be a problem for injured digestive systems. On the BTD they were recommended for AB's, but when I switched to GT/SWAMI, they are avoids. I'm assuming it has to do with the cleanliness of the product, though not sure. It could also be the fact that food recommendations change as Dr. D's research continues.

I hope one day peanuts will be OK. I loved peanut butter! Almond butter has been an acceptable substitute nevertheless.
