So, just beat your eggs normally, but add a tablespoon of cream of tartar, and whisk in. it makes the eggs taste cheesy! I think it does, unless my taste buds are whack. It creates a nice tasting omelet in less than 8 minutes, cooked in olive oil.
I also just made walNUT milk, which is rich in omega 3's and so fantastically delicious!
Interesting, I can't think of why cream of tartar would taste like cheese, but I'll give it a try this weekend. I usually make omelette on sat. morning. will give it a try. I add onion, peppers, mushrooms, garlic also. great way for an O to start the day.
I've become to lazy to make my own milk, walnut or almond. Know I should, good for you.

try adding brewers yeast next sprinkle on top before serving.....tastes real cheesy
