So, just beat your eggs normally, but add a tablespoon of cream of tartar, and whisk in. it makes the eggs taste cheesy! I think it does, unless my taste buds are whack. It creates a nice tasting omelet in less than 8 minutes, cooked in olive oil.

I also just made walNUT milk, which is rich in omega 3's and so fantastically delicious!

Interesting, I can't think of why cream of tartar would taste like cheese,  but I'll give it a try this weekend. I usually make omelette on sat. morning. will give it a try. I add onion, peppers, mushrooms, garlic also. great way for an O to start the day.

I've become to lazy to make my own milk, walnut or almond. Know I should, good for you.

You use a tablespoon of cream of tartar to how many eggs? Do you put any veggies in the omelette with it?
