Hi everyone, I am new to type O diet. I am enjoying it. I have recently been introduced to Dr.Clark's bowel and colon cleansing program. you can find it here http://www.wellbasics.com/product_info.php?cPath=75_4_60&products_id=5but my concern is : can I eat only sterile dairy products as directed after following her program of cleansing if I am type O ? Is it going to be harmful to eat only dairy products for me? Thank you |

is written carelessly and is confusing. It sounds as if one must continue to eat only dairy products and nothing else, which is inconceivable. If it said "Caution regarding dairy products: after the cleanse all dairy products must be sterilized first", or something to that effect, then it would make sense. |

Hi all Thanks for your replays. I definitely felt very good after cutting wheat and dairy product from my diet. But was wondering about the colon cleanse sterilized dairy thing. if it works for all blood type! search is the best way  I bought ghee from an Asian Market. It is middle-eastren brand. I know that Dr.Dadamo mentioned that the best ghee is the one made in Holland then Australia then middle east then India Thanks again ! |

.... To your first question.. I would not eat anything sterlized and never any dairy unless it is OK on Swami..
I use my microwave to sterilize my dish sponges after they have gone through the dishwasher cicle along with my dishes..
50 seconds in the microwave sterilizes anything.. dead forever.. Cells busted apart from the inside out..
