Hi, Goddie Here is my recepiet smoothie. 2 pieces of Lettuce or 1 handful of spinach Celery Juice (about 2 stalks) 1/4 of onion carrot juice juice from1lemon 2-3 table spoons of honey little bit of water
blend all together. Enjoy! Oh, you can add some apple but for me apple makes me have gas.

I am going to have to try that.. You use a blender, where I used a juicer for the same items.. It might change the consistency enough to feel more satisfied.. so there are smoothies ? and there are smoothies !
The 3 spoons of honey must taste so delish.. I don't think I need it, nor can have it. I think agave could work as well, or plain trehalose powder.
I am going to try and make more things work for me to get certain minerals absorbed from food. Right now I am adding more Magnesium, I seem to need it to get rid of life long neck = muscle tension that originated from a traumatic experience (a truck hit the rear of my car).
I was only able to discover that need for magnesium after I took Trehalose Complex from Dr D. I am experiencing a pain free summer, (for the last week or so)... This is a big thing.
Last Night I was out late and had 2 cups of tea before 12. Then I slept 8 hours waking up only once!!!!!!! where normally I wake up every 1.5 hour to go to the bathroom. Magnesium is definitely helping my muscles (also in my bladder) to RELAX.. Nice.
Magnesium is hard to absorb, so making it in smoothies in the blender will be interesting. Thanks.

I use spinach, kale or collards, frozen mixed berries, green tea, water, lecithin, ground flax and maple syrup to sweeten it..or stevia.
last week I ordered a 16 oz kale smoothie from whole food market around 8:30-9:00 am. I told them to make it without coconut and Banana. They used rice milk, frozen berries, kale, flaxseed, honey. After I drank it, my lips became dark colored. My stomach didn't seem to digest it well and I felt bloated until 2 pm. I observe that if I eat the food combined with Acid or sub-acid fruit I got uncomfortable and have gas.
Many prople are lucky to never have problems.
