Like Drea, I think sourdough would be my worst craving. I do love many other breads, the rustic old world type, and especially croissants. Even though I don't eat them anymore( I have had a few mishaps over the last 2 years) .... my mouth still waters when I think of a lovely piece of toast with melted butter/ghee! My whole life my favorite foods have been breads, cheese and fruit. Swami gives me great choices that are tasty even in these food groups so I do ok...but.....I still want that toasty hot buttery sourdough!

nuts and nut butters..... There is something in them that make me hungry, especially when soaked and dehydrated. They do taste good but not to the point of getting hungrier. Seeds don't seem to do that. I can eat a pinch and stop but mostly almonds and almond butter, I can't stop so now I avoid
Edit: I should also add that I've eaten 12 cupcakes in one sitting as well as lots of cookies in one sitting. i can also eat almost a whole cake in one sitting and not feel sick. it is strange but i have not done that in a long time lol. I call that side of me cookie monster because it's like a monster takes over me - like i'm on a roller coaster and I don't know what's happening until it's over. I should consider entering an eating contest actually (just kidding).
