Hi... I'm in the midst of reading the book and was wondering if Whey protein is acceptable in shakes for a blood type A.  I usually have a shake for breakfast made up of strawberries, nuts, water, flaxseed oil and whey... I use this over a cup of bran flakes... I like the idea that whey is a lean source of protein but now I'm wondering if it's good for me?  Any ideas?
Thanks for your help

You might want to get a protein powder like this one:  http://www.4yourtype.com/prodinfo.asp?number=BT010A

What kind of bran?   I think you will find wheat isn't good for most A's.

But Oats are beneficial for me.  You might try wheat-free Granola.

Oat bran may be an alternative to wheat bran too.

Whey is a superfood for explorers, which can be A.  I make fruit smoothies with yogurt, whey and meta mucil for breakfast every day.
