My digestion has been perfect for the last 3 years and I know it is mostly from taking Dr. D's polyflora for type A, once a day without fail!
I also eat lots of fresh fuits and vegetables, mostly organic, but none are fermented.
If I eat too much gluten I will get a stomach ache (then take a deflect) but my digestion is always great.
