...tiny cups of black thick spiced cafe...

Yes. This be the stuff. Real coffee. My Palestinian friends call it "Arabic Coffee".
When I was young and living in Paris, my Moroccan neighbor turned me on to it, and I've enjoyed it ever since. But I liked really dark espresso flavor before, too.

I love the flavour but after I have been pregnant ( 18 years ago) I just can´t drink black coffee
good to be a B that still can have milk and cream.

So arabic -turkish -lebanese coffee

Tried some coffee on the weekend - yuck - could only drink a small sip. To think I lived on one a day! Blegh. I had only one in the past 8 months, I had a late drive home from the city & to keep me alert I actually enjoyed that one.

Today was a minimal start to a hectic morning - squeezed half a grapefruit in warm water, drank that, more water with some spirulina, a hot cocoa - made with raw cocoa powder, agave & tspn cream.

Looking fwd to lunch!

Yes Happy Birthday!

Your b'day breakfast sounds really great.

I am having two glasses of water & grapefruit juice with 2x polyflora today, starting back  on it...
Won't be having breakfast for another hour or so, spelt pancakes with fresh strawberries & pear.
I re-ran my SWAMI last night and spelt is a black dot now - I am still really not sure what my legs are - neutral or gynic/

It's one of those mornings when I'm hungry...but I don't want anything "heavy"...yet.
So, here it is, just after 10am, and I'm having a grapefruit (coffee w/cream was almost 2 hrs. ago).

See how it varies.
I'm definitely not a creature of habit when it comes to food!

Lovely smoothie.

I made some really lovely green courgette pancakes this morning;
grated and drained corugette, onions, herbs( basil and mint) egg and almond flour-
spread like thick pancakes and bake in butter/ghee- I had them with sour cream and turkey sausages.

Right now my second coffee with cream yep hard morning

Oh, well.
Today was one of those days when I just didn't feel like eating.
I had coffee with cream at around 10 this morning.
It's now 3:30pm, and I have a feeling I'll be up for some chow fairly soon?

Important to listen to body

Well I had baked eggs with cream and cheese- watermelon and red pepper on the side.
My gas had run out  so I needed to use oven if I wanted something to fill me up.
Somehow cheese and  watermelon didn´t seem enough
