Well I got tired of the eggmuffins
So this week I had egg salad with fermented carrots dices and a slice of crispbread. That works very well  too.

Today ( day off) I am having leftover fried potatoes and fried egg- and strong strong hot tea.

Have to figure out what I want to eat the next 2 mornings and then it is holiday

Boiled eggs
homemade mayo - creme fraise 38 %, a little curry, sometimes a bit of mustard.
I found out that the fermented carrots gave i sa nice addition.

The crème fraîche is a nice touch.
I don't think I've ever tried "fermented" carrots. I mean, I've had them pickled...mmmm.

Fermented carrot sticks is such an easy way to get good probiotics into my diet and I find them much easier to make and eat than sauerkraut  and other cabbage based things.

Last days I have been home on holiday
One day I had sour cream/spelt pancakes with apples and honey

The last 2 days  scramble eggs and mandarine around 7.30
