11a: Haven't definitively decided what to call the breakfast into which I'm now digging.
Let's say it's a Modified Rösti, using leftover shoestring fries, and topped with eggs.

Im assuming most B's dont eat wheat or avoid it ? I only have one slice of wholemeal toast a day, I supposed I could try half of that.

I keep my breads and pasta to a minimum.
I never eat wheat( except when I visit people) - I do have some spelt flour and a few times  I might bake with it.
Fine white spelt behaves very much like wheat but my tummy prefer it I can eat it a few times a week without getting pains while normal wheat upsets me very quick.
A cookie or a slice o wheat bread is ok- but if I add pasta on top I get severe pains and diarrea.

I used to be a vegetarian who had lots of wheat, rice and oats - but I realised years ago that I do better when I keep them away from my diet and use them as a special thing.
A BF without grains keeps my blood sugar stable and I eat better the rest of the day... less snacks and sweets
So I eat eggs and veggies 3-4 days a week In winter often almost everyday.
Full fat greek style yoghurt with fruit and nuts 2-3 a week.
and maybe a bread based thing on sundays like pancakes ore croissant but always made with spelt.
In summertime IF it is hot I might eat something like cheese, fruit( melons) and grainfree cripsbread( made with flax and nuts)
