Here it is:

7:15am (You Read That Right): One fried egg, buttered toast, 1/2 banana, about 10 green grapes.
Lebanese coffee w/cream.

This B had breakfast. Not brunch, not lunch, not linner...
an actual breakfast.
Woke up hungry ( didn't have a protein dinner last night).

Interesting. So: When I have protein with dinner I'm not (as) likely to want to eat again until at least noon the next day. Way Slow Metabolizing there...

What? Again?
Hungry from the get-go - after a solid protein dinner the previous night.

A little more exercise yesterday, but virtually none the day before.

This is a GREAT thread!!  As a B, I gotta say I feel pretty inspired and thank you all for listing some great BF ideas.  I feel this is the best thing I've read on breakfast suggestions for Bs.  Thanks, all.

I love the Chia seed pudding idea.  With some yogurt, figs and blackstrap molasses, it sounds amazing.

9:00a Easter breakfast: Eggs over easy and turkey bacon, toasted bagel, 1/2 grapefruit

How is it that, every time I eat an egg and have this transcendental revelation about it, I forget until the next time? Only the taste can trigger it!

Taxman you are welcome
Some f us B s like a very varied diet, while others are happy to eat the same day after day.

Today at 8 I had banana, rosehip powder, yoghurt smothie.
A bit later i made a boiled egg and had some red peppers as well.

About 1:15: Salad, distinctive for including chopped turkey bacon and a finely crumbled blue cheese.

My only contribution to the breakfast discussion can be that 99% of the time I eat two eggs for breakfast. Being a B, I of course vary the preparation a little bit but that's it in a nutshell: 2 eggs, some type of grain like spelt toast and a handful of fruit, usually berries plus a pot of green tea. Every day....

Breakfast varies for me: if not cereal (with almond milk), or oatmeal, sometimes it can be an omelette with toast, sometimes just a few glasses of almond milk, or other times just dried fruit. It depends on my mood.

I started out eating eggs, but gave them up for some years, but got back into eating them recently.

This morning I had to eat a little bit of protein at 8:00 or so, because I had to take medication.
I wasn't at all hungry.

Actually, there's a difference between eating something to protect the stomach from meds that harm its lining (this wasn't one of those) and meds that have other side effects that are strongly countered by having had a high-protein meal with/before it. But I just couldn't bring myself to eat such a breakfast this morning  . Shucks. I just had a little piece of sliced turkey, and, of course, I've been nursing my coffee w/cream.

It'll be awhile before a real meal, I think.
What did y'all have?
