Midmorning  

Today spelt bun with lots of butter, softboiled egg, beef salami and black tea  at 830

1:15p 1 fried egg on 1/2 toasted bagel. 1/2 grapefruit.

1:00p Noodles/vegetables, cooked in beef-based broth.

12:45pm Delicious turkey bacon from Whole Foods, with 2-eggs-over on a toasted bagel.

Just eggs and cheddar   at 5 30 in morning

11:30am Brown rice veg. pilaf

5 30 apple almond pancake and maple syrup

Noon: Tuna salad.

Breakfast in the Morning - protein-free, however...
9:30a: toasted bagel with butter and jam. Coffee.

Another morning breakfast - 8:25!
One egg over easy on a buttered toasted bagel half.
The other half had butter and raspberry jam.

I had a smthie with greekstyle yoghurt, banana, blueberry and appeljuice.. A bit high carb bu needed a change.. Yes around night 5 30 in the morning

I won't try to surpass you in the Breakfast-Earliness Dept., darlin'.  

if i could choose i would wake up around 7  
But i need to take the bus before 7 and arrive at school before 8.

2:30pm Salad, Toast.

Hi Friends,

I usually start my day off with a complete protein product and a bowl of Oatmeal or millet flakes, with raisins almonds, honey, raw cocao and apple fiber.

Sounds lovely  

I woke up to a crazy blizzard and freezing wind chill minus 23 C
So I had scramble eggs, with turkey ham, red peppers and plenty of hot tea around 5.30
before I dressed and walked to the bus.

I cant wait to it gets spring here and I can eat a bit lighter breakfast, but right now I need fat and protein to stay full.

1pm: Onion bagel with cream cheese and Henriette's favorite: Alaskan kippered salmon (with cracked black pepper). Red onion, lemon.

Oh such a long time since I had salmon (s)

Still eggs eggs eggs eggs in the morning  

Apparently I didn't eat enough of that salmon - it didn't keep me going very long.
I didn't want too much of it -- too salty?  

And you did eat t with a bagel, wile t taste wonderful, everytime I eat breadlike stuff at bf i never lasts me very long

Another egg with cheese bf here, with salsa and cucumber to add a bit of green. Freezing  17 F so  need hot bf here at  6 .

12:30p Smoked Alaskan salmon on toasted bagel with cream cheese, red onion, peppers.

10a: 1 banana.
Cannot remember the last time I'd had a banana: More than a year ago, for sure.

11:15a: Toasted onion bagel with cream cheese, red onion, peperoncini, and flakes of Alaskan kippered salmon. Fresh red grapefruit sections.
