I had a smthie with greekstyle yoghurt, banana, blueberry and appeljuice.. A bit high carb bu needed a change.. Yes around night 5 30 in the morning

I usually start my day off with a complete protein product and a bowl of Oatmeal or millet flakes, with raisins almonds, honey, raw cocao and apple fiber.

Sounds lovely  

I woke up to a crazy blizzard and freezing wind chill minus 23 C
So I had scramble eggs, with turkey ham, red peppers and plenty of hot tea around 5.30
before I dressed and walked to the bus.

I cant wait to it gets spring here and I can eat a bit lighter breakfast, but right now I need fat and protein to stay full.

Apparently I didn't eat enough of that salmon - it didn't keep me going very long.

And you did eat t with a bagel, wile t taste wonderful, everytime I eat breadlike stuff at bf i never lasts me very long

Another egg with cheese bf here, with salsa and cucumber to add a bit of green. Freezing  17 F so  need hot bf here at  6 .
