You wouldn't care for my breakfast, probably. I have tried all sorts of combinations...meat, eggs, oatmeal and who knows what all. Fiinally, I decided that since I really like to graze and I always have eaten maybe 6 times a day, small amounts, that I would simplify breakfast to what I really enjoy. So, it boils down to my pineapple juice into which I put ARA6, lecithin, psyllium, magnesium powder, cod liver oil, liquid vit. C, lemon juice and then drink loads of water to wash down all my supplement pills. Then I have a banana and a cherry-chocolate Uni-Bar. I just knew you wouldn't like this! |

Eggs scrambled with onion/celery/cauliflower and cheddar. (Don't forget the disco music to dance to while cooking.) Coffee and cream. Strengthening! Hankering for some fruit, however, and I'm thinking: There's honeydew to finish up.
Added, next day: And then, the next day (this morning), all I wanted was fresh fruit (about an hour after my coffee with cream). So, no, I'm not in a breakfast rut (or groove, depending on your POV). |

Next a.m.? Yet something completely different: bagel with almond butter and fruit jam. This B is truly nomadic, meal-wise, all over the map! |

Unfamiliar with this word. (I emphasized it above) I had salmon crumble: fresh fish mixed with chopped celery, onion, red bell pepper, mushroom, and zucchini. |

san j,
I get from Henriette BSec's statement that she was glad to have eaten eggs for breakfast because it was so late before she got lunch... |

Maybe. I thought it was related to her description of the weather? Hard to tell, when posts are that typo-heavy. HBS: I'm enjoying my nectarine as I write here; it is smothered in raspberries - very sweet. 2:00pm, but, yes, it's brunch's dessert! |

Add: My friend Henriette may have been referring to some Danish weather phenomenon - is what I'm thinking, connected with summer temperatures? |

Henriette,
I'll have to Google chiapudding. I've never heard of this. If it tastes like a dessert, I'm sure I'll love it!

http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipes/2836Wow! 38 grams of protein! What do you do for substituting the coconut....another disappointing no-no for B's.
That's 3 g protein per serving. For coconut substitutions, try pecans. |
