I usually eat huge breakfast. I would say the largest meal of the day. My lunch is also substential and dinner very light. Breakfast consists of protein only. This seems to work best for me. Sometimes I have to skip lunch if I am too full and just eat early dinner.
-1/2 lb wild salmon and 2 eggs -1/2 lb lamb burgers made at home (ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic and ginger, turmeric, coriander, salt) with couple of eggs -1/2- 3/4 lb lamb kebabs (marintated in yogurt, gignger, garlic, spices) -4 eggs fried in ghee |

Wow - that is a huge breakfast. When I first wake up, it's hours before I can eat, usually, even a small amount (e.g., one egg). And then hours, again, until I want a Large Meal. I can certainly see, Monika, how you sometimes "have to skip lunch...and just eat early dinner". |

WoW monika I don´t feel that hungry in the morning so I would say my bf is medium in size- always around 6 (7) I have my only snack meal at 10 ( coffee and nuts) Lunch around 13 normally my biggest meal Veggies and some kind of protein and fat cup of tea around 16 dinner medium big around 19 - It works best for me that way. I used to eat lots of small meals every 3-4 hr and I got hungry all the time .... Then I tried eating a huge meal at BF ( got nausea) medium meal at lunch ( ok) a nd a small light meal at dinner ( got horrible hungry and couldn´t sleep) |

Okay, I'll admit it: This morning's very early breakfast (8am) had pork in it. Early day for me, on very little sleep, but the little dumplings with the spicy dipping sauce and the seaweed/cucumber salad kept me going... ...But then the vegetarian Middle Eastern lunch, on the go, slowed me down, coffee notwithstanding. (This deli had no lamb.) |

Turkey & apple make a great filling don't they?! love it grilled with some cheese too. Had a bowl of oat crunchola with greek yoghurt & teaspoon of manuka today plus a green tea and a few glasses of water. Have read through this thread a few times recently to remind me what I like to eat - sometimes I just forget & lose all instinct |
