It's almost like coming home..a little more wiser. I was just amazed to see some of the old posts, sad heart to hear about Sarah and wonder if Peppermint Twist is still around. I used a new name my old one years ago was Shamrockgreen o+
Anyway, had a car accident and the realization I was getting older and very out of shape has hit me. Last Sunday I printed my food list, re-read my books and decided there is not choice but to get healthy and stay that way from this point onward.
Very excited to see other's join and learn more I am sure this science is well advanced by now...

What is the facebook page? I am on facebook a lot! I joined the Eat Right 4 Your Type group..hopefully that is correct. It's been so long I don't even remember Peppermint's first name..sad but true.

6 days in...13 pounds gone.
Totally took this as a lifetime thing, not a for now until I lose weight thing. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. Still detoxing but it's better today.
