Hi anyone tried peppermint tea?do u like it? iam using twinings pure peppermint tea and i love the effect its very soothing to my tummy ..

Do you mean combine the two together into one cup of tea?.. You certainly could...purely a matter of flavor preference... Hmmm...

I sometimes have peppermint tea after dinner, sometimes mix it with camomile before bed, and sometimes drink it in the middle of the day if I'm in the mood to drink something other than water. Since it's neither stimulating (like green tea) or overly relaxing (like camomile, which can make me sleepy during the day) I can drink it any time.

There are also some days when I don't drink peppermint tea at all. It's simply another beverage choice for me, not anything especially healing to have at certain times.

i mixed the peppermint tea bag with the  ginger powder after lunch ..so soothing,,tummy happy lol it also says on some research that it helps with bloating and water retention .. i do not eat anymore after 6pm ,,its called the after six diet ....i usually eat dinner before 6 pm and afterwards i sip green tea with mint so far its good feel lighter and less bloated

I often mix Green tea and Peppermint. As long as the teas are compliant I don't think there should be a problem. It does let you mix and match for a pleasant range of variety. You may find particular mixtures that really agree with your taste.

Ginger & Peppermint is a nice combination, yes.

Peppermint tea is awesome and very refreshing. Great hot or cold.

Peppermint, as a fresh herb, is sometimes found here at Farmers' Markets, but generally not in stores. What you see in the produce sections is almost always spearmint. Because it's fresh, it's nice to make tea from it. Consider adding a few sprigs to your green tea.  

I drink peppermint tea after lunch and dinner...sometimes mixed with chamomile.  It's cooling so
I like it iced on hot summer days.
