When I first looked at it, I saw there were tomatoes in the recipes I was like oh... this person is not an A then... stuff like that, but I'm sure there will be heaps of useful info and of course I can skip the toms and add other ingreds instead, etc. So is this "your" facebook site then Lola? I love the enrgy of the pictures so inviting..

I'm with Goldie ---- Face book is a whole dif world to me -- not sure I'm up to it. - thought I'd never get computer basics under control either.  So who knows. Maybe my sis or granddaughter will give me a peak at your page. The book sounds wonderful. |

There is a Kristin on the Forums that is fairly active, but I do not think it is Kristin O'Connor. I thought that Kristin on the forum was Kristin Jasperse-who used to blog on this site. Kristin Jasperse is nearly as tall as I am, but not quite. |

For anyone not on facebook, the Info section of the Personalized Living page says: In early 2012 we will be launching a series of 4 eCookbooks, one for each blood type: A, B, AB and O. The books were created to make being on the blood type diets simple, attainable and delicious with over 150 recipes per book. In addition to the recipes, there is a step-by-step guide to getting started with menu plannin and tools for sticking with your goals. Lola Thanks for the link.... It just came to me that I could have my grand daughter get it for her Birthday on Facebook and have much more fun with it.. It might be the online breaktrhough she needs, she is more likely to see it there.. maybe she will teach me.
