Some people can also add some elements of the GAPS diet, (gut and psychology diet).   If we keep our daily foods balanced, we won't have all these problems with simple carbs/sugars/fruits.  I am now eating a moderate breakfast about 10:00am, and feel a bit better, can concentrate more; some interesting info on GAPS sites! body still detoxing in morning; maybe helps people like me who have overdone sugars/fruits/sweets in the past, and did not keep up my protein/fat intake!  I'm learning now.
