Sardines are great to have especially while pregnant. They're a great source of protein vitamin D, calcium, good fats, and they helped me with panic and anxiety.

Hello Branble19!

Lots of great advice here for you!  You should make sure that the ghee that you bought is called "desi" which is the Indian word for "country".  The other kind of ghee is made like margarine (all vegetable) and definitely not good for you or your little one.

if you have a malabsorption problem (FODMAPs) that can cause IBS then walnuts are not okay.

O.k

update time........

32weeks +2days.....its a boy.
have not followed btd at all..........sorry guys, morning sickness dictated what i could eat for 22 weeks!!! The ghee got binned as its smell made me sick as did most of the food I SHOULD be eating.. IBS vanished as did all my intolerances so I've had a bit of a naughty food party....Oh and only 2 panic attacks which were nothing to write home about....

however this week IBS and intolerances seemed to have returned along with the anxiety, which I new they would so have cut out wheat and dairy straight away. and shall gradually return to my usual compliance levels.

Oh I've gained 2 1/2 stone and everyone says I needed to as i was soooooo skinny before.  So onwards and outwards. I trust my O diet to return me to my former glory. as for the IBS, anxiety is a great laxative! As my G.P says. xx
