Hey guys,

I ordered the secretor home testing kid and the GTD testing material, plus subscribed to the genotype website...

I know its early in the morning and all, but I think I'm a hunter.  I'm not tall though but do have the body type for it, the adrenaline, and need to cool inflammation and stress.  Plus I seem to do well and get calmed with red meat.  I don't enjoy contact sports but thrive on quick bursts of exercise I think.  My mom is an O and my dad is an A.  I'm an only child, who, even before any symptoms began was born heavy and lost the weight quickly as I aged.

I'm eager for the official results.  I'm going to have some people do the measurements for me at work.  I've been Gluten Intolerant my entire life I believe.

Foods that don't agree with me tend to give me heart palpitations so I don't believe Sashimi poisened me.  I've been eating raw beef for almost two weeks without ANY problems.  In fact I find it a lot more calming than cooked.  Though I do cook the beef a little bit so its presentable at work.

During my heaviest symptomatic days I did gain weight until like 170 but it all came tumbling off when I went Gluten Free, yet i knew that polenta, sorghum, and heavy altenerative grain eating, msg, and most dairy products screwed me up.   I have behavioral fits if I eat too much sugar as well.

I'm pretty sure I'm a hunter but want to confirm that absolutely.  Does that sound like a good idea?  I am hoping I can expand my food choices pretty quickly.  I know that too many carbs (even complex) make me feel slightly spaced out and that after 2 hours of eating them I feel better..

The symptoms I have are passing out and an overactive immune system.  Sometimes I feel better after "passing" out actually, like steam coming out of the kettle, the pressure on my body is way less intense and I feel calmer.  It's much better than the reaction I get from grains (hyper adrenaline reactions/passing out)

I also believe in mind/body connection so I'm doing visualizations/affirmations and such.  I also believe in the law of attraction so I'll be focusing on my natural wellness and healing most of the time and not much on "problems."  Thoughts really do become things.  I know I will heal.  I can't wait to confirm my exact genotype.

Are there any quicker questions I could unofficially confirm about my body type that would lead to a quicker categorization?

Oh, I ate an egg like at 4AM, felt a bit gross, then went to bed, had a nightmare about cooked eggs with my grandmother and mother's hands in  eggs on a floor board skillet they were about to boil (i dunno.. a bad sign?) and then woke up with my heart beating  pretty quick then stopping again.. i'll hold off on eggs for now, that doesn't happen with beef I know, though i've never went to bed after eating it at at 3am..  oh well.....

Talk with everyone soon. Thanks for all the support..

Steve

There shouldn't be any MSG or wheat in sashimi.  Sashimi is simply pure, raw fish and nothing else.

No, eating raw will not help you gain weight.  I went raw last summer and it was absolutely fantastic for trimming off a few inches here and there that had been hanging on.  I had energy like you can't imagine.  But I wouldn't recommend it for somebody who's too skinny.

Thanks everyone.. I do appreciate the feedback... I think I'm just going to do a raw version of most things.  I experiented with cooked and its a bit more stimulating and temporarily calming, but raw veggies (and meat) actually calm my hunter behind much more....

I too lost what I think is too much weight.  Maybe I should re think this whole thing.  Before I went on the BTD, I could not lose weight even though I was not really overweight.  I am 4'11" & used to weigh 123.  For my frame I would be awesome @ 115.  I was also alot more muscular.  Then I got sick about 1.5 years ago & now weigh 106, & maybe it's because I cut the wheat, corn & dairy & so lost the inflammation ?  I really don't want to keep feeling disappointed when I step on the scale & not gained weight, but I do.
