I gave myself some organic strawberry yogurt for my son's brthday today. (After all.... I had him, so I should get a present too.)

I have eaten two of the 4 small containers.  I also ate one piece of mozzarella cheese.

Not to be gross, but you would not believe the gas that is being produced in my intestines.  I CANNOT DIGEST DAIRY.

I should not be surprised, because Dr. D says that I cannot digest dairy.

I only wish I could convince my family about the benefits of this way of eating.

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again.  Blessings, meribelle

I am blood type O. Does this mean that I am not allowed to eat any dairy? That is somewhat sad, because I love dairy
