A bakery that bakes all sorts of natural wheat free gluten free breads! I'm super interested in their quinoa, millet, and flax blends, those are good superfoods for me!  They do have xantham gum in them, which I'll assume is nuetral because it isn't listed anywhere?

Anyone else know any great 'convienence foods' that are mostly natural and on plan?

Some people have bought Millet bread from Sami's bakery, found online.

I think I tried some of their Gluten Free QMB with sprouted seeds bread at a Whole Foods.  It was a whole grain, dark, gluten-free sourdough, with some real sourdough flavor.  It was really good!

I remember it had a couple avoids (buckwheat and sunflower, in my case) but it was worth it   I'd love to try some of their other breads, the quinoa chiabatta looks nice.  It may have to wait until next time I visit the bay area, though.
